I finally went through my yarn stash.....and I have stash that I need to get rid of. Most of it is stuff I bought early on in my knitting when I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I would buy stuff for the sake of buying it, because I liked it, without a project in mind. While going through my stash I had to seriously consider if I would really use that particular yarn and if so, what would I make with it. If I couldn't figure out a project or if I just knew I wouldn't use it then I put it in my "De-Stash Pile".
The yarn in this post is your's for the taking.....meaning that I am not asking you to buy the yarn. All I ask is that you pay shipping. I am going to ship everything priority because I have priority envelopes from USPS so I am going to ask a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping to made via Paypal. It is first come first serve, so the first person to email me asking for a particular yarn will be the first one to have it. I will let you know if you "won" the yarn or not and if you won it, I will give you my Paypal email address in that email. Once you pay for the shipping.....the yarn is all yours! I will give everyone three days to pay for the shipping and if it hasn't been done in three days then it will go to the next person on the list. Sooooo......if you want something, email me at: mommylarz@comcast.net.
Hopefully some of you out there will want SOMETHING I have to offer.....because I really need to unload my stash!
First Up: Classic Elite Gatsby. It is orange with green it. There are two full hanks with 94 yds per hank. One is wound in a ball. 3 sts/inch on US 10 1/2 needles. Impulse buy!
Gatsby is taken!
Mohair, wool, Ribbon and Eyelash blend. Bought on ebay. Two full hanks with 95 yds in each hank. One is wound in a ball. I bought this yarn to make a scarf and around that time I was bored with knitting scarfs so the yarn has been sitting. It is really pretty but I am not going to use it. This mohair mix is gone!
Reynolds Lopi. 110 yds per skein and there are 4 1/2 skeins of the tan and just under a full skein of the light brown. 3 1/4 - 3 1/2 sts and 4 1/2 - 5 rows per 1" on US 10.5 needles. The Lopi is Taken!
Berroco Monet. 49 yds per ball and there are two full balls. 3.5 sts per 1 inch on US 10 needles. I used this to make one of my first sweaters and happen to have two extra balls left that I am not going to use. Berroco Monet is gone!
3 balls of Berroco Suede in three different colors of brown. One has not been used. The other two have been slightly used but I couldn't tell you how much I used. They look like almost full balls. The pink yarn is GGH Velour and it is similar to the suede.
Filatura De Crosa Brilla - 10 full balls. 120 yds per ball. The color is a pretty lavender and though I love the color, once I received it, I realized it would look good on me! So, hopefully it will look good on you....or on someone you love. The Filature is taken! Have fun with it, Melanie!
Trendsetter Yarns Metal in an orangy/copper color. 77 mt. I have no idea how many yards that is! There are three full balls and it is an eyelash yarn.
Crystal Palace Yarns Choo-Choo. 92 yds per ball and there are three full balls. 3-4 sts/inch on size US 10-10.5 needles. The color is black, it is like a ribbon yarn and would be great for a scarf or shawl. The choo-choo is gone!
Endless Summer Luna from Elann. 109 yds. One full ball. 22 sts/4in on size US 5 needles. I used this yarn to make my Picovoli and had this one ball left over. It is an orangy color. Endless Summer has a new home.
Himalayan Yarn Co. 60% wool and 40%. Two full hanks with 175 yds per hank and one is wound in a ball. 7 sts = 2" on US 8 needles. I love this color but decided not to go through with the project I bought it for. Amanda got first dibs on the Himalayan yarn....I admit....this yarn is hard to let go of but I know she will so something great with it!
I can not remember for the life of me what this yarn is or what it is made of. I do remember it was about $26 and there is a lot of yardage. I got it to make a clapotis and then decided to use a different yarn instead. I really love this yarn, but with all the projects I have waiting, I think I am going to let it go. Amy is taking this yarn that I can not remember what it is....but it is really pretty. Hope you like it!

I'd be interested in the Gatsby yarn, if it's not taken and the gray ?
